Q.
helllo, i have 7months old baby boy, started cerelac stage one and boiled carrot, beetroot apple etc.however last one month baby is having tight poo and green color.. continuing duphalac however no improvement.. still its quite hard. can anyone please suggest

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. As you are giving too much fibrous foods to the baby and fibre dial the water which can lead to constipation so add fruits in diet like papaya kiwi oranges and hone made juices can ge given and two prunes or prune juice

you can add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple
give curd daily for good digestion
raisin water
keep baby well hydrated
