my baby is 7 months old. may i give him steamed vegetables like carrot, beetroot etc. also steamed apple

Yes you should give steamed vegetables to your baby. Or you can also make vegetable soup for your baby by adding very little amount of salt in it. But there is no need to steam Apple. You can just grind it directly and give it in a purée form. Don’t steam it.
