He is having water discharge from his anus by the time of birth only we are observing, is this lactose intolerance

Not at all lactose intolerant is not going to make a white colour come out of the anus of your child so currently I was just recommend you that please go ahead with a fool evaluation of your child with the doctor as that is how you will come to know what is the problem and what is to be done
