having hard stool n cries alot, even after drinking adequate water n eating banana. pls suggest so effective n baby friendly remedy.

A. hi. please hold giving banana, it will couse constipation. give her fiber rich leafy veggies, pumpkin, sweet potato, lufa, all the 'p' fruits to avoid constipation. ok
