ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. As you are 6 months post partum the hair fall will be heavy around this period. Not to worry this will reduce on its own In a couple of months. Take iron rich diet

Firstly please specify who has hairfall you or your baby as incomplete questions are difficult to answer,I suppose you have hairfall then keep yourself hydrated and eat protein and iron rich diet and don't take stress and take proper sleep and rest.
