A. Hi momma, It is very common for hairfall to occur few months after delivery. It will remain for 6 to 9 months and get better. Meanwhile eat a healthy balanced diet with lot of protien, zinc, dry fruits, flax seeds, and iron. Pure amla oil helps in strengthening hair. Applying packs such as coconut milk, or castor oil plus onion juice directly to hair half hour before hair wash reduces hairfall. Massage hair with warm oil for increased blood circulation. Only shampoo twice a week or when greasy.
