hai sir ,I have 2 year baby.she is not talking to us only talking to infront mirror .and not properly bla ba like this talking but not to talking us .i dont know what the problem and salution .please help me sir.

See Please look for certain signs with your child if your child is responding to its name while making an eye contact and following small small instructions if your child is doing all these things and just not talking to you then it is completely normal but if any of these things is positive like not responding to the name and all then it could definitely be a serious issue then in that case you should be consulting a child psychologist ones
