my doughter whose 2years 8 months old is not talking and responding what we said,but she learnt AtoZ letters,1-20numbers,shapes,colour etc through phone and repeating it infront of mirror but she doesn't understanding what we are talking what shall I do???

A. Hi mom This is not normal. Not making eye contact, not interacting and responding, talking to oneself, not following instructions, delay in milestones etc are some of the symptoms of autism. consult your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation of the baby
