Q.

Hai my baby is now 6 and half months he is taking 3 meals in a day inbetween he is breastfeeding and formula also ...how many ml water should given to him ? He is not drinking more than 5 spoons of water after meals or porridge

A. Initially only few sips of water a couple of times in a day is sufficient for the baby abd focus on semi solids and keep feeding the baby and give fruit purees

A. You Should give a minimum of 60 ML to your child on an every day basis so best is to give at least 5 to 10 spoons after every meal so this will cover up some good amount of water for the child because it’s very important for a healthy digestion and smooth motion it so you should try to increase the amount of water as much as you can
