hai mmy baby is 3.4 yr old she having cold after eating ice cream from last 2 weeks it taking so much time to go I gave citrazin syrup today I'm giving maxtra 3times a day tell me the reason why it taking cold to go 3 to 4 week for her I'm worried about it
