My baby have a cold from last 2-3 weeks. we are giving him citrazin one time in a day as well using vicks veporub but he is not covering up. please give me suggestions

A. it looks like allergy baby is having not cold Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
