Hello ma’am I would advise you to start doing an exercise which you like the most and according to me the Yoga is the best one that you should go for and also would like to tell you that these days there are yoga exercises also which helps in reducing thyroid if you want you can search online and you can enrol yourself into that class and learn it apart from that if you continuously do yoga and meditation half of your problems like being tired and all will automatically be solved as you will find a new energy within you
