hai doctor, my whole body is hydrated and fat. there is also pain in the joints of the foot. when I saw a doctor, she was given only calcium tablets. what can I do

A. get self tested for thyroid Weight gain or belly fat needs to be assesed for hormonal problems like thyroid etc . Also for weight loss need to take a proper balanced nutrition and a good physical activity is needed.
