#asktheexpert I have pain on left hand side and back side I have saw the doctor and the doctor said that is a weakness but still i have pain what to do and my wife is feeding mother is there is anything else

Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your baby Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
