Hello Doctor, there is a sound from my son's both the knee joints when its flexed... He doesn't feel any pain and he is normal... please can I know what is the reason for the sound... Thank you

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 16 months old and you are hearing some sounds from his joints so it’s not a serious problem but just air friction sounds from his joints space

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 1 year 4 months of age it is natural that some babies may be having sound from knee joints particularly while flexing it it is because of slipping of tendons
