Q.
had a twin abortion earlier at 18 weeks. it was a complete abortion.my twin conception was a ovulation induction conception with letrozole tablet.this time also i want twins...what to do ? is it possible with letroxole alone this time or other methods should be followed ..pls help me any gynaecologist

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Hello dear. When ovulation induction is done there will be chances of twin pregnancy but it isn’t compulsory that everytime you have twins. Most of the times it is single pregnancy only
