hi doctor I had an medical abortion 20days back but still the ovulation didn't happen....why the ovulation become late after medical abortion...?

See when you take a medical termination your hormones are disturbed because of that because you’ve done a procedure so sometimes for initial month or two you may not have proper period cycle sometimes ovulation may not be proper but after a while things are going to get back on track and if needed please consult your doctor
