A. Hello dear! Pregnancy belly will start showing gradually between 16 and 18 weeks. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Take your vitamin supplements on time. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
