Goodmorning How to increase immunity of my daughter she is now 5 yr old like what food to eat how water is sufficient and what should be the weight

A. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk product, also hand washing important to avoid infection
