Good Morning sir .. my child is 3 years... complete 4 running... mu child have more cold since last night... giving monticope syurp ..once a day.... can we give twice a day.... other wise suggest a good syrup for more cold fo my Baby...

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. .For common cold home remedies like giving steam to baby works very well and of fever is there then give paracetamol for same . Other remedy includes nasovion nasal drop for blocked nose and ascoril ls for cough .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning it is not advisable to use any medicine on your own I would recommend it concert with your pediatrician and then start using the proper medicine as prescribed to make sure there is no problem
