Q.

Good Morning sir .. my child is 3 years... complete 4 running... mu child have more cold since last night... giving monticope syurp ..once a day.... can we give twice a day.... other wise suggest a good syrup for more cold fo my Baby...

A. .For common cold home remedies like giving steam to baby works very well and of fever is there then give paracetamol for same . Other remedy includes nasovion nasal drop for blocked nose and ascoril ls for cough .

A. good morning it is not advisable to use any medicine on your own I would recommend it concert with your pediatrician and then start using the proper medicine as prescribed to make sure there is no problem
