Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give adequate feeding every feeding at two hours of intervals Wash hands often before touching your baby Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
