Q.

Good morning, my daughter is 4 months old and she is having rashes on her neck which is not reducing even after applying rash cream, powder or coconut oil. what can I do for this?

A. it's normal called neonatal acne it will go away itself in some time

A. someone suggested to apply soframycin for it, can it be applied on a 4 month baby??

A. Baby Neck Rash Prevention and Treatment You can use a baby soap, which can also be moisturizing. Be sure to dry the area thoroughly, then you can try applying a barrier cream like Aquaphor or A+D ointment to protect the skin. It's always best to speak with your child's provider before applying any ointment
