Good morning mam now am 4 months Lactating mother I follow some diet, soo how long fallow this, now I can take cool water

A. good to follow at least 6 to 8 month so. you can have boiled cooled water. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. good afternoon I will recommend you to avoid having too much of cold water because it will directly impact the baby through your milk you have to be careful in whatever you are consuming
