good morning maam. I had C section. I have belly.. how u reduce please suggest. and I'm breastfeeding mother. I have 4 month old baby.

avoid packaged and processed food, maida items
use simply purified water having tds Higher than 350
take sunbathing daily
use more probiotics , seasonal fruits and vegetables
eat couple of bites less than what you really want to
