good morning doctor, hope ur doing good. I have a 11months boy baby.. he is not drinking water properly.. how much water does a 11 month baby should drink.. give us some tips to make him to drink more water

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. make use of colourful spout cup for the baby which attract babies and give independent feeling to them and they enjoy having water or Fluids through them.. .
you can give sometimes fresh fruit juices coconut water vegetable soups to maintain hydration
