A. Hello! Try giving various foods to your child, give him balanced meals which are home cooked yet kid friendly. Here's a sample plan - cornflakes/muesli + milk & nuts Ragi ladoo + makhana Paneer paratha + cucumber raita coconut water + sprouts bhel Dal khichdi + kadhi Milk Hope this helps!
