Good Evening Sir, My 2.9 yrs son is recently suffered from pneumonia and anemia; we completed 5 days injectable antibiotic and 3 days oral antibiotic course. Now Dr. given heamatinic, Monticope suspension along with appetite stimulant. Now he is suffered from cold so, is there serious infection in his chest or post pneumonia cold is common. kindly answer.

A. you are already using medicines for cold no need to worry Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
