For how many days should we drink lukewarm water after delivery?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. It’s Completely your choice but if you Manage at least have a 2 to 3 times in a day at least for 15 to 20 days after your delivery and other than that you can shift to normal temperature water it is not necessary to have lukewarm water just avoid refrigerated water for at least 60 days
