For how long after C section I have to maintain restricted diet? When will I be able to eat and drink normally?

Upto six months you should take restricted diet.
Because your baby is entirely dependent on your feed.
Take sunbath daily
Don't.use RO water.
Take more probiotics , millets and fruits
