Mam actually if the child is responding to loud sound that means your child has no hearing problem it’s a normal thing second the child may not be aware about its name or nickname because they said they don’t know it because when you get confused so you should stick to one formal name for your child and the toy noise should be little loud when you played with the child of the child is not responding at all then you should check with your doctor maybe the child can hear loud sound but lower is not very audible maybe there’s a problem but you should consult your doctor this is happening constantly consultant ENT doctor
