NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello taking lactare tablet will help to increase the milk secretion and also Have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabhaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also include khus khus whch helps too
