NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello a breastfeeding mother should avoid gassy causing food and also spicy food in the diet as it can affect the baby tummy and have a healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which will help both mom and the baby including fruits vegetables and green leafy vegetables
