ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. no dear mum such gripe water are unnecessary & dangerous. They can introduce infection in the baby. Some of these gripe water also contain alcohol or opium like substances
only exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
