feeding moms eat sunflower seeds and flax seeds

A. yes, she can have flan sunflower seeds. it has high level of protien which helps in lactation. also it is rich in iron , calcium, minerals. it also good in constipation

A. hi yes she can infact ,she can take almost all food items which she want just avoid taking processed oily spicy food. best to take Homemade healthy food.
