can we add seasame seeds watermelon seeds flax seeds sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds in home made cerelac(uggu)....if ok means how to use those for 13th months boy

A. case after 1 year of age you can give everything to baby but if you are introducing a mixture of dry fruit you won't be able to know if baby is allergic to any one specific dry fruit so preferably give 1-1 separately then you can later on give mixture
