Hello ma’am Sometimes when kids are alone energy or feeling weak or sometimes when they’re extremely tired fever is a very common thing to happen so do not worry about it as such but if it keeps happening every now and then then it could be a question of concern and you would need to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same
