You can gradually start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family in mashed form. Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Continue breastfeeding.
