Q.

dr. my son is not eat proper food ,from 2 or 3 months , even he not speak proper words sometimes don't reply us behave like he doesn't heard anything and also eat soil paly and stay alone

A. eat soil restrict the baby as you notice baby doing try developing the food interest have meal together add variety and creativity check the first cry page for receipes keep encouraging the baby to speak more and more
