my 3 year old baby does not speak proper sentece, only speak jus 2, ,, 3 words like aa jao.. khana hai.. jana hai. aana h,, aa jao.. lot of words can speak,, story words also remember N tell,,, but not proper sentece,, dr. gave le ignicar syrup for 3 moths... is it normal? actually he us premature baby N feed only formula milk... all milestone is very k late,, in sleeping Tim he cry a lot till now... sometimes he is hitting people when he us so excited N angry

as from your description , baby is normal.
just stay calm consistent and positive.
it will be alright by the time.

I agree... but when he is so excited N upset he is hitting me...whether in normal... m talkig abt autism disorder... but doctor said u think too much... he is very intrsted in wheel... spinning thing.... only dat point I compared towrds autism.... may be he is so moody N jiddi... but he understand all thing but not catch new things not copy things when understand only then do dat thing.. first of all he observed N watch then believe N understand.. N not easily forget ... he remember old things

look all you have mentioned is normal.
please don't get panic.
just keep talking with your child more
spend quality time with your child.
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
it will help
but please don't force your child and don't expect perfection from your child.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
whenever your child try to hit or get angry ,try to distract him or her by giving toys or activities.
or Change the place for few minutes.
but please don't scold or yell at your child
stay calm consistent and positive
