Q.

Dr Awadhiya,I asked you if we can use cold water and food after 3 months of delivery and you have just copy pasted usual 150 words essay narrating how to treat cold and this answer we are learning since last two years with same words as a mirrors shadows.What’s this gentleman so called experts???

A. Better to avoid cold foods and cold water and always prefer little Luke warm water or water at room temperature as it keeps your digestion good so eat freshly cooked home foods and liquids like water coconut water butter milk nimbu paani

If you have any concerns regarding this please consult your doctor for further advice. Continue feeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
