does sweating in summer leads to cold for kids ? how to beat summer with food for kids ?lyk what kind of food can be offered everyday to keep their temperature balanced

A. during summer it is important that you should give plenty of fluids to the child so that the child doesn't suffer from dehydration and you can also supplement with ors that is oral rehydration solution and lime water. make the child wear cotton clothes only and keep the child in cool atmosphere. the child can make use of caps during travelling it is advisable to go for only homemade food

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
