doctor suggested antibiotic course for chest cold .. he told cold only the reason for fever..fever not getting settled down paracetomal syrup given time fever reduced to 101f after two hours it raised gradually to 103 what the reason please guide

A. dear parents, if temp is not getting down after giving the pcm then you can do tepid sponging, give him adequate liquids and more rest and once talk to your treating doctor
