doctor, my baby boy has birth weight 3.9kg.. after 45 days becomes 5.6..now he is 76 days... when i take hime i feel like baby lose his weight.. and he become slim.. he lost his bubbly cheek also.. how can i improve my babies weight?? is my food has to be improved?? please help me

Maam In 45 days your child has gained such an excellent weight so I don’t think so your child is weak from anywhere if you feel that your child is not chubby right now it’s perfectly fine maybe over the period your child will gain much more better weight gain than this and will become chubby a bit again but as of now the wait is much more than good
