8 AM-ragi porridge
11 PM – fruits with dry fruit powder and honey
1 p.m-rice and Sambar smashed with vegetable fry and little curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice
8 PM-Idli, Upma.
before putting baby to sleep give a glass of lukewarm milk with Badam powder which is home-made. Always give home-made food which is good for baby until three years of completion. Avoid supplements until unless it is suggested by paediatrician. Give natural home-made food which is good for their growth and immunity.
