Hi If If you had a normal delivery then I would advise you that you go ahead with regular exercising don’t do any kind of dieting because you must be breastfeeding the child but if you want you can definitely go ahead with exercising because that’s the benefit for normal delivery that you can go ahead with exercise in early that’s going to help in losing on your weight
