Q.

I’m c section on 27 Jan this year but my tummy is like 4 to 5 months pregnant what can I do pls suggest me something

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can do yoga,cycling jogging swimming etc to reduce the belly. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
