Dear Sir/Mam my baby is now 1 month old.but i am not getting enough BM for her.what can I do for that. i am taken shatavari also .

breastfeeding work on demand and supply so please offer plenty of feeds.
try different feeding position.
make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
massage your breasts with coconut oil
you can take leptadin tablet
stay stress free
