Dear Doctors, My Question is after giving birth to a child how many years gap is good to have another baby? mine was normal delivery without any complications.

Keep three yers gap between two child
Take a good care of your baby
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Stay hydrated
Go for walking every day
Offer different varieties of food
Take seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
