Dear concern I had c section delivery my son is 7 months old my mother is telling that after delivery if I touch or use cold water is effect to baby and its effect to baby cold d fever is it true ??? I'm using cold water for wash room d hand cleaning??? is it a true not to touch cold water after delivery till baby turns 1 year???? I need answer for dis questions from any doctors plz answer me???

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. it's not true. you can use Or spend your routine as usual. no worries. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, n adequate fluids.
