A. yoga can be started after 3 months of delivery till then you can have regular daily walking which is very beneficial after delivery starting with yoga postures start with mild posters in starting and then slowly after few days who won for Complex posters

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance eat couple of bites less than usual take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
